Welcome to Styled by Sophia Dymond, By engaging in our personal styling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.**2. Services Provided** Our services include, but are not limited to, personal styling consultations, wardrobe assessments, shopping assistance, and outfit recommendations. The scope of services will be detailed in a service agreement prior to commencement.**3. Client Responsibilities** Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their preferences, sizes, and budget. We are not liable for dissatisfaction due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.**4. Fees and Payment** All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Additional costs, such as clothing purchases, are the sole responsibility of the client.**5. Cancellations and Rescheduling** Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less then 72 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If we need to reschedule, we will provide notice and work to accommodate a new date.**6. Intellectual Property** Any content, recommendations, or style guides provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without our written consent.**7. Limitation of Liability** We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from our services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, allergic reactions to fabrics, or injuries incurred while shopping.**8. Confidentiality** All client information, including personal preferences and measurements, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.**9. Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
